Verification & Activation Fee
The $35 account activation fee starts the required approval process, including identity verification and background screening. Additional county, court, or jurisdictional fees may apply when deeper records research is required, and approval is never guaranteed.

Identity and age verification
Stripe Identity confirms the applicant’s identity and minimum age before marketplace access can be approved.

Every new coach completes the same background-screening requirement to support a consistent marketplace standard.
Training Certificate
A current SafeSport Certificate of Completion is required and must be renewed annually because youth-safety training is part of the continuing approval standard.
30 days free
As a token of appreciation for completing the in-depth onboarding process, approved coaches receive the first 30 days of platform access free before the standard $20/month subscription begins.
No access before approval
A provisional account may be used to view features and complete setup, but it stays hidden from customers and cannot publish, appear in discovery, message as a coach, receive bookings, access customer data, or receive payouts until approval is complete.
* Important verification and fee terms. All coach applicants are subject to identity and age verification, Checkr background screening, SafeSport certificate review, acceptance of the Coach Code of Conduct and coach terms, and minimum profile requirements. Once identity or background-screening services have been initiated, the $35 fee is nonrefundable, including when an applicant withdraws, abandons onboarding, receives a failed or disqualifying result, requires additional review, or is not approved for marketplace access. Additional third-party county, court, or jurisdictional fees will be disclosed and require the applicant’s approval before the screening continues. Payment of the fee does not guarantee account approval. Decisions based in whole or in part on a consumer report remain subject to applicable notice and dispute rights.
