Request deletion of your Playbook Pros account.

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Playbook Pros account and associated personal data. You do not need the mobile app installed to submit a request.

Before you submit

This is permanent account deletion—not temporary deactivation.

Playbook Pros will verify that you control the account email before acting. The team may also need to resolve active bookings, payments, refunds, disputes, safety matters, or legal retention obligations before deletion can be completed.

1Submit the request using the email connected to your Playbook Pros account.

2Verify ownership when Playbook Pros contacts that email address.

3Resolve open obligations such as active sessions, refunds, disputes, or subscription matters.

4Complete deletion or de-identification and notify you when the request is finished.

What happens to your data

Associated account data will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required.

Account deletion includes the account record and personal data associated with it, subject to limited retention for legitimate purposes such as tax and accounting obligations, payment and refund records, fraud prevention, security, safety and moderation history, legal claims, disputes, and other records Playbook Pros is required to maintain.

Any retained information will be restricted to the applicable purpose and will not be used to continue ordinary marketplace participation or marketing. Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period before being overwritten or removed.

Submit an account deletion request

Use the email address associated with the account. Your request becomes a tracked Playbook Pros privacy case. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive documents in this form.
